Embrace your neurodivergent strengths...

For over two years I have been working part time as a Navigator for a Penrith based charity who specifically support individuals with Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. I understand your unique journey and I am here to help you unlock your full potential and achieve a deeper connection with yourself.

Specialised neurodiversity coaching, mentoring and advocacy

My style of working is tailored to support individuals with Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions through recovery coaching, mentoring and advocacy. I focus listening to your needs and together we create effective, personalised pathways that empower you to thrive in your personal and professional life. On occasions where advocacy is required I can help in areas such as liaising between you/ your employers to help establish 'Reasonable Adjustments' in the workplace.

Empowerment & growth

Unlock your inherent strengths, overcome challenges, and build confidence to navigate life's complexities with greater ease and purpose.

"It would be impossible to fully summarise the experience but if I had to, I would say it has left me in a place that I didn’t think I’d be able to get to. I feel a new sense of peace, calm, understanding, confidence
and belief in myself".

Addressing common challenges

Using an appropriated combination of coaching, mentoring and advocacy helps individuals with Autism and ADHD overcome common challenges such as executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, social communication nuances, and navigating daily routines. I provide personalised support to develop resilience, effective coping mechanisms, and improved self-care. This approach is ideal for young adults and professionals  seeking greater understanding and support for their neurodivergent journey.

Why choose Greg Wilson?

In 2025, I was diagnosed with ADHD and a number of 'lifelong questions' had finally been answered. As a neurodivergent individual, I bring a wealth of relatable lived experience and deep empathy to our coaching sessions. This unique perspective ensures a truly understanding and supportive environment, fostering genuine connection and progress. My own personal journey allows me to connect with your experiences on a deeper level, offering insights and strategies that truly resonate.

I am deeply committed to supporting those in my local community and offer significantly reduced rates to those on PIP, Universal Credit and Low Incomes.
