From Crisis to a Life Worth Living...

Recovery isn't just the absence of a problem; it’s the presence of a new, authentic way of living. Whether you are navigating the aftermath of burnout, managing a late-life Autism or ADHD diagnosis, or finding your footing after trauma, you don't have to walk this path alone.

I provide a relational, 1-2-1 person-centred approach to recovery and coaching that prioritises your unique experience of your world and your life within it. Together, we move past the "crisis" phase and focus on personal and/or professional goals often using creative and practical means to discover next steps: building a life rooted in self-awareness, understanding, self confidence, and purpose.

Finding the right support in recovery isn't just about finding a set of skills; it’s about finding someone who truly "gets it."

Individual 1-2-1 coaching

I believe that the most profound change happens when you feel seen, heard, and held in unconditional positive regard. My work is informed by both professional qualification and lived experience, allowing me to bridge the gap between clinical tools and human connection.

'Coaching Beyond Four Walls'

The natural world has a unique power to expedite healing. For those who would like to move the conversation into the natural environment and the fresh air, I offer immersive outdoor coaching sessions 'Coaching Beyond Four Walls' that take place in and around the Lake District National Park.

Autism and ADHD Coaching & Support

In 2025, I got my own diagnosis of ADHD so I know first hand how this can raise new questions and create the need for deeper understanding. My lived experience combined with my style of relational 1-2-1 coaching can work very effectively with all types of neurodivergent conditions to help improve quality of life, personal fulfilment, happiness and purpose.

About me

My approach to recovery is shaped by more than just professional training; it's deeply rooted in the lived experience of navigating life’s complexities. From professional burnout to late-life neurodivergent diagnoses and the path after trauma, I understand the challenges first hand - I've been there!.

"Greg's coaching was a turning point for me. His compassionate guidance and practical strategies helped me rediscover my strength and build a more resilient way of life. I can't thank him enough!"
